Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Department: Sales

Location: North America

Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to increase our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software sales.

The right candidate for this position has solid outside sales experience with a history of consistent overachievement. This is a great opportunity for a motivated person looking for a position within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position offers competitive compensation and equity incentives.

Qualifications: Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in business software sales (preferably in the product lifecycle management industry) and a degree in Computer/Software, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration. Some travel is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new customers for our product lifecycle software products within a given sales territory
  • Develop and execute effective campaigns in reaching top level executives and managers about the benefits of Omnify Software's products
  • Be a key member of Omnify Software's sales team responsible for generating new product sales and overall account penetration strategies
  • Responsible for building sales: key business function is closing business in new accounts

Skills:

  • 5 years outside software sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level executives and/or technical audiences
  • Ability to understand prospect's industry and core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facing
  • Ability to understand and describe how Omnify Software's product solutions and features can address the business issues that prospects are facing
  • Work with inside sales representatives to develop account strategies
  • Establish account presence and build rapport with key contacts
  • Effective sales, marketing and project management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate time management, strong sales skills and knowledge of the competition
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • MBA a plus
