Omnify Software delivers product lifecycle management solutions to organizations spanning the marketplace. The Omnify PLM system has been successfully installed in a variety of manufacturers including: electronic, mechanical, medical, and defense OEMs, and Electronics Manufacturing Service providers, helping to efficiently develop products such as wireless network platforms, soft-switch gateways, enterprise border controllers, advanced voice services platforms, network processors, digital and sonar imaging products, semiconductor equipment, and biomedical tools.
The origin of our technology came from a universal bill of materials system developed by the Omnify founders in 1998, and is still in use by numerous OEMs today.
Through years of experience consulting with customers to help create/define board-level design flows and component information databases, our PLM technology development began. In September of 2001, the Omnify Product Suite came to fruition and first customer shipments of the product lifecycle management system began in June 2002.
Omnify Software was incorporated in October of 2002. The solid electronic design and manufacturing process knowledge, and customer service-oriented background of the Omnify founders has given Omnify both a strong sensitivity to customer needs and a deep knowledge of what it takes to integrate engineering, data management and business systems.
Reflecting this customer service-oriented philosophy, the Omnify technology provides an open-architecture, robust system that allows direct access for all groups involved in the Design and Manufacturing process and easy integration to existing Engineering and Manufacturing systems.
